FTW Road/Criterium Racing - Skills and Tactics
Presented by Triple C Coaching
Road is a demanding discipline that requires more than just fitness. The learning curve is steep and the speeds can seem frightening at first. The purpose of this clinic is to demystify the discipline and develop confidence in the pack.
Not just a skills clinic, this class is a comprehensive introduction to the discipline.
At the end of this course, you will understand:
How to keep yourself and others safe in the pack
How to manage your energy via drafting
When to anticipate or launch attacks
How and when to sprint
How a team works together
Who is this for?
Riders who identify as FTW (Femme, Transgender, Women)
Beginner to intermediate
You should have either a road bike or a cross or gravel bike with road tires.
This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a welcoming, fun, collaborative environment! One of Coach Corey's goals is developing the FTW cycling community.
