FTW Road/Criterium Racing - Skills and Tactics
Presented by Triple C Coaching
Road is a demanding discipline that requires more than just fitness. The learning curve is steep and the speeds can seem frightening at first. The purpose of this clinic is to demystify the discipline and develop confidence in the pack.
Not just a skills clinic, this class is a comprehensive introduction to the discipline.

At the end of this course, you will understand:
-
How to keep yourself and others safe in the pack
-
How to manage your energy via drafting
-
When to anticipate or launch attacks
-
How and when to sprint
-
How a team works together
