#crossisn'tcoming. Or if it is, racing will be very limited.
Yet fall weather is coming, and racing or no, it's going to start to feel "cross-y." Use this 4-week series as springboard to refresh/develop skills and "play bikes with friends."
Topics include: dismount/carry/remount, running barriers, riding sharp drops and steep ups, sand, cornering, and a wealth of tips/tricks and opportunities to build confidence.
Class is best suited for riders who have at least some cyclocross experience. Complete beginners are welcome if you are willing to take on a challenge. Experienced "crossers" will also benefit as drills will be scaled up or down by rider. Cyclocross or gravel bikes suggested. MTBs okay.
Class size limited to 10 participants.
You must pre-register (ensures contactless transaction).
We will social distance AND masks are required.
Hand sanitizer provided.
Water not available in park. Bring your own drink and food.
Portable toilets may be available at Lake Nokomis beach, but not in park.
