This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a welcoming, fun, collaborative environment!

Who is this for?

  • Riders who identify as FTW (Femme, Transgender, Women)

  • Off-road riders, road riders*, gravel riders, or "cyclocrossers" who want to develop their handling skills and confidence.

  • Riders should have previous experience riding recreationally or competitively. Beginner to elite riders welcome. Drills will be scaled up or down for each rider

*The only requirement is that you MUST have either mountain bike pedals or flat pedals and be comfortable using them. (You need to be able to put your foot down quickly when practicing skills. Cyclocross, Gravel, Road, and MTB bikes are all fine.)

Goals/Objectives:

  • Meet other FTWs who share your off-road cycling interest. Build community. Find ride buddies!

  • Improve balance, body position, bike/body separation, and bike control.

  • Tips and tricks for off-road success: for example, "looking through the turn."

  • Work towards bunny-hopping and track stands (at your own pace and skill level!)

  • Learn group riding safety

During Zoom Session, we will:

  • Discuss how to manage long rides: nutrition, equipment, navigation, safety, and common challenges!

  • Introduction to gravel and MTB racing: everything you need to know so there's no surprises on race day.

  • Basics of cycling training and resources for support.

Clinic Cost: $125

Pre-Registration ONLY at

NOTE: Class size is limited to 10 riders. This allows me to provide each athlete with sufficient attention and support to encourage growth.  Register early!
